The annual average temperature is 10 ~ 16 °C and the temperature varies between the highest average of August 25.4°C and the lowest average of January, -3.4°C. Annual average precipitation is 1,300 mm of which summer rainfalls accounts for 50~60% and winter accounts for 5~10 %.
